Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how PixelDock Apps handles information when you use PixelDock Chase, including the website, signed-in workspace, reminder delivery, subscriptions and support.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
1. About this policy
PixelDock Chase is a product of PixelDock Apps. Chase helps businesses automate follow-up emails for unpaid invoices. This policy describes the information the current product uses to provide that service and the third-party infrastructure it relies on.
This policy does not replace the privacy notice or legal obligations that a Chase user may owe to their own customers. A business using Chase remains responsible for having a lawful reason to provide client information to the service and to send the resulting invoice follow-ups.
2. Information you provide about your account and business
To create and operate a workspace, Chase may process information such as:
- your account email address and profile name;
- your business name and reply-to email address;
- your default currency, timezone and reminder send hour;
- business signature or branding information that the product allows you to save; and
- account creation and authentication information needed to keep you signed in.
3. Client and invoice information you add
Chase is built around information that you enter about unpaid invoices. Depending on what you add, this can include:
- client name, email address and company name;
- client currency and notes;
- invoice number, amount, currency, issue date and due date;
- invoice status, payment-marked date and automation status;
- invoice notes; and
- the reminder schedule, reminder subject/body and reminder delivery history.
Chase does not need bank credentials to perform this workflow and does not automatically read your bank account to decide whether an invoice has been paid. You mark the invoice paid in the product when payment arrives.
4. Reminder and delivery information
To schedule and track reminders, Chase may store operational records such as the reminder stage, scheduled time, send status, send time, subject, body, retry status, failure reason and the email provider's message identifier when one is returned.
When a real reminder is sent, the information necessary to deliver that email is transmitted to the configured email provider. The current delivery implementation uses Resend and can send the recipient email address, your business name, reminder subject and body, and the reply-to address needed so a client reply can reach you.
5. Subscription and billing information
Paid Solo and Pro subscriptions are handled through Razorpay. PixelDock Chase may process subscription information needed to manage access, such as your plan, billing region, subscription status, provider subscription identifier, cancellation status and current billing-period end.
Razorpay handles the payment checkout. PixelDock Chase does not ask you to type full card details, CVVs, PINs or online-banking credentials into the Chase application and does not use those credentials to operate invoice reminders.
Subscription cancellation and account-data deletion are separate. Cancelling a paid plan does not itself delete invoices, clients or reminder history.
6. Support information
If you contact support, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, question, problem description and other details needed to respond. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, complete card details, bank credentials, API keys or other secrets in a support request.
Common support questions are answered from verified product rules. When the AI fallback is enabled and needed, the text of your support question can be sent to Vercel AI Gateway and the configured AI model provider to generate a proposed support answer. The support assistant is not intended to inspect a specific customer's payment, bank account or private billing-provider event.
7. Website, analytics and technical information
PixelDock Chase is hosted on Vercel and the application includes Vercel Analytics. Hosting and analytics infrastructure can process technical or usage information as needed to serve, secure, operate and understand use of the website and application.
Chase also uses a first-party random anonymous visitor identifier and a 30-minute activity session identifier to measure page visits and the signup and subscription funnel. These identifiers are not derived from a name, email address, IP address or other sensitive personal information. First-touch referral and campaign parameters may be retained so PixelDock can understand which pages and acquisition sources lead to genuine signups and payments. Automated, preview and owner traffic is classified separately and excluded from primary business metrics.
Chase does not maintain its own location database for regional pricing. When no manual pricing choice exists, the application reads the country header supplied with the Vercel request only to choose between the India and Global price lists; the Chase application does not save that country value as part of the workspace.
8. Cookies and similar storage
Chase uses cookies that are necessary for product functions such as authentication and remembering a manual pricing-region choice.
- Authentication/session cookies are used with Supabase so the application can keep a signed-in user associated with their workspace.
- The
pdc-price-regioncookie is written only when you manually choose India or Global pricing. It stores only the literal valueindiaorglobal, contains no IP address or user identifier, and is configured to last up to 180 days.
9. How we use information
We use information described in this policy to:
- create, authenticate and operate your Chase workspace;
- store clients and unpaid-invoice records that you choose to add;
- schedule, render, send and track reminder emails;
- apply Free, trial, Solo and Pro plan limits;
- start, confirm, manage and cancel paid subscriptions;
- provide customer support and investigate reported product or billing problems;
- protect the service against fraud, abuse and security threats;
- maintain, troubleshoot and improve reliability; and
- meet legal, accounting or dispute-handling obligations where applicable.
10. Service providers and when information is shared
Chase uses specialist providers to run parts of the service. Information is shared with them only to the extent needed for the relevant function. Current product code uses or integrates with:
- Supabase for authentication and application data storage;
- Resend for reminder-email delivery and related email delivery;
- Razorpay for paid subscription checkout and billing events;
- Vercel for hosting, deployment, analytics and AI Gateway; and
- the configured AI model provider when AI fallback support is used.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect legal rights. This policy does not claim that any provider endorses PixelDock Apps.
11. Your responsibility for client information
When you add a client's name, email address and invoice information, you decide which client records to place into Chase and why reminders should be sent. You are responsible for having any notice, permission, contract or other lawful basis required to use that information for invoice follow-up.
Do not use free-text notes or other fields to store information Chase does not need, such as passwords, OTPs, full payment-card details, banking credentials, government identification numbers, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive data.
12. Data retention
The current product does not apply one universal fixed retention period to every type of information. Workspace information may be kept while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide Chase, maintain service records, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, meet billing/accounting requirements or comply with applicable law.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your workspace. If you want to request account or data deletion, contact support. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate legal, security, billing or dispute reasons even after a deletion request, where applicable.
13. Account and data deletion requests
You can start an account or data deletion request from the account and data deletion page or by emailing contact@pixeldockapps.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before acting on it.
A subscription cancellation is not a deletion request. Ending a paid plan only changes billing and plan access according to the cancellation policy.
14. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights concerning personal information, which can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent where consent is the relevant basis. These rights are not identical in every country and can be subject to legal exceptions.
To make a privacy request, email contact@pixeldockapps.com from the account email where possible and explain what you are requesting. We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or changing account information.
15. Security
Chase uses authenticated workspace access, server-side credentials and access controls intended to reduce unauthorised access to account data. Sensitive provider keys are kept server-side rather than intentionally exposed in the browser.
No internet service can promise absolute security. We do not claim certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar standards unless they have actually been obtained and separately communicated.
16. International processing
PixelDock Chase can be used by customers in different countries, and the service providers listed above may operate infrastructure or process information outside your country. Cross-border privacy requirements and transfer safeguards can differ by jurisdiction and provider.
17. Children
PixelDock Chase is a business invoice-follow-up service and is not designed for use by children. Users must have the legal capacity required to use the service under the applicable Terms of Service.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner where required. The date at the top of this page shows the current policy revision.
19. Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@pixeldockapps.com.
