How it works
Four steps, then it runs without you
From adding an invoice to the first automated follow-up takes about two minutes.
- 1
Add the unpaid invoice
Client, invoice number, amount, currency and due date. It takes under a minute, and nothing is imported from your accounting system.
- 2
Preview the follow-up sequence
You see every email before it is ever sent, in the order it will go out, with your client name and amount already filled in.
- 3
Switch automation on
Chase sends the reminders on schedule, escalating in tone if the invoice stays unpaid. You can pause any invoice at any time.
- 4
Mark it paid
The moment you mark an invoice paid, every remaining reminder for it stops. No awkward email after the money lands.
Why it helps
Getting paid should not depend on your memory
You stop being the one who asks
The follow-up goes out on time whether or not you remember, and whether or not you feel like sending it.
Escalation without the awkwardness
Friendly at first, firm by day fourteen. The progression is written for you, so tone is never a decision you have to make at 11pm.
One place to see what is owed
Outstanding, overdue and due this week, grouped by currency, with the reminder history for every invoice.
Nothing to migrate
Chase does not replace your invoicing tool. Keep issuing invoices however you already do and paste the details in.
The sequence
Every reminder, written and scheduled in advance
This is the default sequence. The tone moves from friendly to firm as the invoice ages, and it stops the moment you mark the invoice paid.
Friendly reminder
Sent 3 days before the due date, so payment is not a surprise.

Trust and security
Chase touches your invoices, never your money
No bank account access
Chase never connects to a bank, never reads a statement and never asks for banking credentials.
We do not hold client payments
Your client pays you exactly the way they already do. Money never passes through PixelDock Chase.
No accounting password required
There is no integration to authorise and nothing to grant access to. You type in the invoice details yourself.
You control every reminder
Preview the full sequence before it starts, pause an invoice mid-sequence, or stop everything by marking the invoice paid.
Minimum information collected
A client name, an email address and the invoice details. Nothing more is needed to chase a payment.
Account and data deletion

Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancelling never deletes anything.
FAQ
Questions people ask before starting
- Is this accounting or bookkeeping software?
- No. Chase does not do ledgers, expenses, taxes or GST. It does one job: following up on invoices you are waiting to be paid for.
- Does it take payments?
- No. Chase is not a payment processor and never holds your money. Clients pay you directly, exactly as they do today.
- Will my client know a tool sent the reminder?
- The reminders are plain, professional emails written to read like something you would send yourself. There is no branding in the message body unless you add it.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. Free supports 3 active invoices and 5 reminder emails a month.
- Can I edit the reminder wording?
- Not yet. Every plan uses the same five hand-written reminders, and every plan can preview the exact wording before anything goes out. Editable templates are on the list, not in the product.
- What do the paid plans actually add?
- Capacity, and nothing else. Free chases 3 invoices at a time and sends 5 reminders a month. Solo raises that to 25 invoices with unlimited reminders, Pro to 100. Every feature is on every plan.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The 14-day Pro trial starts without a card, and paid plans are not yet available for purchase.
