Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PixelDock Chase, a product of PixelDock Apps. They are intended to explain the service, your responsibilities and the limits of what Chase does.

Last updated: 9 August 2026

1. About PixelDock Chase

PixelDock Chase automates professional follow-up emails for unpaid invoices. You continue to create and send invoices using your normal process, add the unpaid invoice details to Chase, review the reminder sequence, turn automation on, and mark the invoice paid when payment arrives.

Your client pays you directly using your existing payment arrangements. PixelDock Chase does not receive, hold or control your client's invoice payment.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using PixelDock Chase, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Chase for a business or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to use the service on its behalf.

3. Eligibility and lawful business use

You must have legal capacity to enter into agreements and you must use Chase only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for complying with laws and contractual obligations that apply to your invoices, communications and customer relationships.

4. What Chase does — and what it does not do

Chase is an invoice follow-up automation tool. It is not:

  • accounting or bookkeeping software;
  • tax, GST or financial advice;
  • a bank, payment processor or escrow service;
  • a debt collection agency;
  • a law firm or legal adviser; or
  • a service that decides whether a debt or invoice is legally valid.

5. Your responsibility for invoices and recipients

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate client, invoice, amount, currency and due-date information;
  • having a legitimate business relationship or other lawful basis to contact each recipient;
  • ensuring that every payment request is genuine and not misleading;
  • checking whether an invoice has already been paid before reminders continue;
  • pausing automation when follow-up should stop temporarily;
  • marking invoices paid promptly after payment arrives; and
  • complying with applicable invoicing, email, privacy, consumer-protection and debt-collection rules.

6. Acceptable use and anti-abuse rules

You must not use Chase for:

  • fraudulent invoices, fabricated debts or deceptive payment demands;
  • spam, phishing, malware, impersonation or unlawful solicitation;
  • harassment, threats, extortion or abusive communications;
  • illegal debt collection or repeated contact without a legitimate business purpose; or
  • unlawful collection, upload or use of personal information.

PixelDock Apps may reasonably restrict, suspend or terminate access where necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity or serious or repeated violations of these Terms.

7. Reminder emails and delivery

Reminder emails are automated based on the invoice details and reminder schedule in your workspace. Email delivery depends on third-party infrastructure and recipient systems. PixelDock Apps does not guarantee inbox placement, message opening, reading, response, avoidance of spam filtering, or delivery in every circumstance.

8. No payment or collection guarantee

Chase helps make follow-up more consistent. It does not guarantee that a recipient will respond, that an invoice is enforceable, or that any invoice will be paid. Payment disputes between you and your client remain between those parties.

9. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, providing accurate account information, and for activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

10. Plans and subscriptions

Chase currently offers Free, Solo and Pro plans. Current plan limits and prices are:

  • Free: 3 active invoices and 5 reminder emails per calendar month.
  • Solo: ₹299/month in India or $5/month globally, with 25 active invoices and unlimited reminder emails.
  • Pro: ₹599/month in India or $10/month globally, with 100 active invoices and unlimited reminder emails.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through the configured payment provider. Prices or plan limits may change in the future, but any change will be presented in the service and handled with notice where applicable before it affects future billing.

11. 14-day Pro trial

New accounts currently start with a 14-day Pro trial and no card is required to begin it. Starting that no-card trial does not itself create a payment charge. If you do not purchase a paid subscription, the account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends.

12. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription from the billing controls. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing period you have already paid for, rather than ending paid access immediately. You keep the paid plan through that period; after it ends, the account moves to the Free plan.

Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete your invoices, customers or reminder history. Cancellation and account/data deletion are separate actions.

13. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically reverse a charge for a billing period that has already started.

14. Third-party services

Chase relies on third-party infrastructure for functions such as hosting, authentication/database services, email delivery and subscription payments. A third-party outage, rejection, delay or change may affect availability or delivery. Use of a third-party service does not mean that provider endorses PixelDock Apps.

15. Service availability and changes

We work to keep Chase available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, bugs, internet failures, external-provider disruptions and other events may temporarily affect the service. We may improve, change or retire parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

16. Intellectual property and your data

PixelDock Apps retains rights in the PixelDock Chase software, design, content and branding. You retain your rights in legitimate business, client and invoice information you provide. You give PixelDock Apps only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process and transmit that information to operate the service.

17. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, or serious or repeated violations of these Terms. Subscription termination does not automatically mean immediate deletion of stored account data.

18. Disclaimers

Chase is provided as a business productivity tool. To the extent permitted by law, PixelDock Apps does not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every business requirement, or successful in collecting a particular invoice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PixelDock Apps is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of Chase, including lost profits, lost opportunities, payment disputes or losses caused by a recipient, network, email provider or other third party. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner where required. The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.
