Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the difference between cancelling a PixelDock Chase subscription and requesting a refund. PixelDock Chase is a product of PixelDock Apps.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
1. Free plan
The Free plan has no subscription charge. It currently supports up to 3 active invoices and 5 reminder emails per calendar month.
2. 14-day Pro trial
New accounts currently receive a 14-day Pro trial with no card required. Starting this no-card trial does not itself create a payment charge. If you do not purchase a paid subscription, the account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends.
3. Monthly paid subscriptions
Solo and Pro are monthly paid subscriptions. A successfully billed subscription provides access to the applicable paid-plan capacity for the billing period covered by that charge.
4. Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period you have already paid for; it does not end paid access immediately.
You keep your paid plan until that period ends. Afterward, the account moves to the Free plan. Cancelling does not itself delete your invoices, customers or reminder history.
Cancellation and refund requests are separate. Cancelling does not automatically reverse a charge for a billing period that has already started.
5. Refund eligibility
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has started. We will, however, review refund requests where:
- you were charged more than once for the same subscription;
- there is a confirmed billing error or incorrect charge;
- a refund is required by applicable law; or
- PixelDock Apps approves an exceptional refund after reviewing the circumstances.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
6. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, charged for the wrong subscription, or otherwise affected by a billing error, contact us so we can investigate the payment record.
7. How to request a refund
Email contact@pixeldockapps.com and include:
- the email address used for your PixelDock Chase account;
- the approximate payment date;
- the transaction or payment reference, if available; and
- a short explanation of the issue or reason for your request.
Never send us passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), complete debit or credit card numbers, CVVs, PINs, or online-banking credentials.
8. Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, PixelDock Apps will initiate it through the applicable payment process. The time before the money appears in your account can vary depending on the payment provider, card or payment network, and your bank. We do not promise a fixed settlement time that is outside our control.
9. Billing disputes and chargebacks
If you believe there has been a billing mistake, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review it promptly. This does not remove or restrict any legitimate right you may have to dispute a payment with your payment provider or bank.
10. Contact
Billing and refund questions can be sent to contact@pixeldockapps.com. For the wider rules governing use of Chase, see the Terms of Service.
